Project Coordinator – ASX Listed 


*$70-80K + benefits

* 3-year program of work on a 12 months fixed term contract  


This leading Top 100 ASX organisation finds itself extremely well positioned in the current climate and is looking to appoint a Project Coordinator for a 12-month fixed term contract on a 3-year rolling basis.   


Working with the Program Director – PMO, Stream Lead’s, Project Manager’s and project team members you will:


  • Establish the framework to manage project scope, schedule, quality and cost
  • Ensure integration with associated processes including reporting, risk management, change management and quality assurance
  • Ensure the reporting requirements accurately measure the project and program performance
  • Administration of the Project SharePoint Site ensuring all published information is current and accurate
  • Administration in project management processes including status reporting, budget management and schedule management
  • Establish and deliver appropriate communications to the Program Director – PMO, Stream Lead’s, Project Manager’s and project team members as required
  • Administration of the resource profile to ensure the right people, facilities and tools are available when required
  • Assemble, maintain and collate project information to produce coordinated, consolidated and timely reporting including risks and issues, milestones, resources and financials
  • Provide timely and accurate reports for management and other project governance groups
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of project management tools, processes and methodologies, and make recommendations for continuous improvement


To be considered for this role;

  • 1-2 years + Project Management Experience
  • Demonstrate a high-level knowledge of project management delivery processes
  • Strong leadership and communication ability with a demonstrated ability to be pragmatic
  • Experience working within a project environment and managing conflicting priorities
  • Demonstrated personal characteristics of perseverance and adaptability
  • Strong written and oral communication skills
  • Ability to effectively prioritise and execute tasks
