Key skills and experience:

• Minimum 2 years Program Management experience
• Proven technology delivery in the digital channels space
• Previous delivery of virtual desktop, contact centre, voice or chat technology required
• Experience delivering in a large matrix organisation
• Financial services / banking experience is highly desirable
• Successful delivery of large IT programs as the Program Manager
• Strong ability to translate technology terms into business language
• Program and Project Management certifications
• Exceptional stakeholder management skills
• Must be able to demonstrate having delivered business outcomes through Technology transformation
