Job Description

Recruiting on behalf of a leading financial service giant, for a permanent, business focused Senior Business Analyst role.

Within this role you will be an integral member of the Risk Delivery Portfolio. Working across a number of projects centered around regulatory compliance, and APRA requirements. 

Within this role you will support various projects and assist with data gathering, analysis and technical documentation tasks to relevant to Risk sponsored projects.

Working with key stakeholders you will identify, analyse, communicate and validate requirements for changes to business processes, policies, information and systems.

About you:

As a Senior Business Analyst, you will take a lead role in ensuring projects are fully supported and objectives are met.

• 5+ years experience working as a Senior Business Analyst within a large, complex environment, within Financial Services.
• Facilitation of business solution workshops involving participants from senior management to business users.
• Strong stakeholder engagement across a multitude of business units and external partners. 
• Experience working with other Business Analysts to develop and maintain a process library, process modelling standards and business analysis methodology.
• Dynamic and a strong team player.
