I am partnering with a leading Insurance firm on sourcing several Business Analysts for a large scale Regulatory project.
The business are keen to hire the best talent within the General Insurance market and offer a nurturing and supportive environment with lots of flexibility.
I am looking for individuals with the following credentials:
- 5+ years’ experience working with an array of transformation frameworks, templates and tools relevant to mapping processes, activities and capabilities.
- A combination of Waterfall and Agile project experience.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills and an ability to build relationships with a diverse set of stakeholders.
- A naturally curious and inquisitive nature.
- Commercial, flexible and adaptable in your work approach, bringing exceptional business and process analysis skills.
- Being able to work independently whilst co-ordinating multiple assignments is essential, as is ensuring established governance guidelines are followed.
- An understanding of GI distribution channels and relevant legislation.
